However, for multi-design collections, we can work with as few as 1,000 pieces per design as long as the total order reaches 5,000 pieces. For established partners with recurring seasonal orders, we offer flexible MOQ arrangements to accommodate market testing and special collections.

Our standard production timeline is 45-60 days after design approval for most orders. For highly complex designs or orders exceeding 50,000 pieces, production may take 60-90 days. We strongly recommend placing orders at least 6 months before your target delivery date to ensure timely arrival for the holiday season. Rush production is available for an additional fee and depends on current factory capacity.

Yes, we provide production-grade samples for approval before beginning mass production. For qualified business clients, we offer complimentary prototyping services for up to 3 design iterations. Additional samples or design iterations are available at a nominal cost. Sample production typically takes 7-14 business days depending on complexity and current workload.

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your timeline and budget requirements:
- Sea freight (most economical, 30-45 days transit)
- Air freight (10-15 days transit)
- Express courier for samples and urgent shipments (3-5 days)
We work with established logistics partners and can ship under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms according to your preference. We also provide consolidation services if you're sourcing multiple products from China.

Our standard payment terms are:
- 30% deposit upon order confirmation
- 70% balance before shipment
For established clients with regular orders, we offer more flexible terms including Net 30 or Net 60 options. We accept payments via T/T (wire transfer), PayPal for sample orders, and L/C (Letter of Credit) for orders exceeding $50,000. All prices can be quoted in USD, EUR, or GBP according to your preference.
